Once payment has been made and you have downloaded the resources, refunds cannot be provided. Other circumstances will be decided on a case by case basis.

All the content on the website has been developed to help students build their listening skills for Indonesian. Material and resources were correct at time of publication. The information included is for educational purposes only. Indonesian Language Consultancy is not affiliated with any other Indonesian language learning materials provider.
All of our materials are designed as support materials to help students who are currently learning or have learned Indonesian by themselves or with any other institutions. We do not recommend any students to use our materials as their primary resource for learning Indonesian especially from the beginning.
